Once Steffi or Lisa are done reading their book I will borrow from them. I bought one of the other books written by Geneen Roth called "Breaking Free from Emotional Eating". I read the first chapter and part of the second. Gonna try to read more tonight....If you want to borrow that book when I am done you can.

Beth I actually downloaded the Emotional Eating book accidentally on my sister's Kindle...so I'll read it there (since I paid her back the 10 bucks for the download!)

I just got it in the mail today.  I will start reading it tonight, hopefully!

I'll have to participate another time with another book.  Just found out yesterday, the book I ordered NEVER shipped.  They gave me a refund.

That's the worst Amazon story I've ever heard! Still, Deb, jump in on the threads and you'll get the idea!
